The Historic Gentle House, is located just off campus near Gentle Avenue (on the right if you’re passing through WOU). Built in 1880, the house still stands to be a gathering place for the community and a beautiful space for events.
With Valentines Day quick approaching, love is certainly in the air. February 14th is no stranger to proposals, so what is the next step if you’re planning to pop the question?
On February 23rd, Gentle House is hosting a Bridal Show. Vendors from the community will be coming together to promote themselves to couples in the area who are planning weddings for this year and next. Planning a wedding is a difficult task, and if you’re in college while you’re trying to do it, it might be more than a little bit stressful. With the help of the Gentle House, you can have every resource in one place to help you plan your dream day.
All of the community is welcome to attend, especially if you’re looking to plan any other kind of event (who knows, one of these vendors might be perfect for a birthday party, too!)
From invitations to the perfect gown, there’s a lot to plan. Don’t put yourself in a time-crunch with nobody to help: the Gentle House is here for the rescue!
Your perfect day should be stress free, so let somebody else worry about all the tiny details working up to it (are tulips even in season?) and sit back and relax.
