High impact exercises take more effort but working out low impact is always beneficial too. It is important to find something that will raise your heart while you are having fun at the same time, so find something that suites you! You can also choose a friend who can be a workout buddy that can help keep you motivated! Many gyms, including our Health and Wellness Center offer fitness classes, for example Zumba, so you can also go check that out!
