
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Western Oregon University is proud to participate in the national effort to bring awareness to sexual violence, and to promote prevention education in our communities on campus.
Abby’s House has multiple events going on around campus this month for this exact cause. Here are some activities to help you get involved and spread awareness:

SAAM: Speak Out Against Victim Blaming

Location: WUC Plaza
Time: 5 pm
SAAM: Film Screening of The Mask You Live In
Part of the Health Masculinities and Campus Athletics Project. The film addresses concerns of toxic masculinity and its relationship to violence, aggression, and domination. Co-sponsors include: WOU Athletics and The Communications Department.
